We are fully Ordained Reverends, we ride large bikes and live a biker lifestyle. We provide non denominational services and ceremonies to anyone who wants a wedding, funeral, blessing etc that is unique and in the name of whatever God or Goddess you choose. We use no pre written ceremonies, each one is uniquely tailored to your requirements. We do it your way.
The Revs are international with members at various levels across Europe including Holland, Sweden, Belgium, Spain and Germany.
There are three levels of membership:
- Reverends - Full members who wear a large flaming Chalice on their backs. We are Reverends, ordained by the Universal Life Church. Reverends write and conduct the ceremonies, usually as a group.
- Disciples - Before becoming a Rev, a pre-determined length of time is spent as a Disciple, learning what it means to be a Rev. Learning how to write and perform ceremonies in our unique way. This time is also spent showing that they can make the commitment and put in the time neccessary to become a Rev.
- Apostles - Supporters of The Revs. Anyone can join as an Apostle. The only requirement being the purchase of an Apostle patch. Anyone who wants to join with the intention of becoming a Rev will start by becoming an Apostle and showing that they can make the time and effort to advance to Disciple. Apostles are invited to all Reverend events.
There are different levels of access to this site - determined by the level of membership.
We are all very approachable, so if you see us at an event then do come and introduce yourself to us and buy us a pint. We are NOT bible bashers, nor do we thrust our beliefs on anyone. We believe that everyone should find their own path, but we will help you if you ask for it. Otherwise we will just drink with you.
We do NOT preach.
We have no set beliefs. Our membership includes Christian (protestant and catholic), Buddhist, Pagan, Druid, Wiccan, Jedi and followers of ancient and classical religions. So whether you want a traditional service or a Roman wedding or a Viking funeral - we can accomodate you.
